Submission of this form does not reserve storage space and does not constitute acceptance into storage. Storage space is limited and must be approved by Brian or Melanie Hahn prior to registration and placement of any unit on the property. Brian and Melanie Hahn reserve the right to refuse storage of any unit at their sole discretion. Once storage has been approved, please complete the registration form below and review all yard rules, insurance requirements, and liability provisions carefully.

Yard Access & Rules

Access Hours

May 1 – October 15

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

October 16 – April 30

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or dusk)

• The yard closes after the first significant snowfall and reopens in spring when conditions permit.

• Winter access is by foot only, as the lane is not maintained during the off-season.

Property Rules

• Only registered owners and authorized individuals may access stored units.

• No repairs, maintenance, washing, detailing, or mechanical work are permitted on the property.

• Customers are requested to provide fourteen (14) days notice prior to removal whenever reasonably possible.

• All units must be roadworthy, licensed, and owned by the registrant.

Insurance & Liability

Brian and Melanie Hahn provide NO insurance coverage whatsoever for stored units, their contents, accessories, equipment, or personal property.

All trailers, boats, vehicles, equipment, tools, accessories, and personal belongings stored on the property are stored entirely at the owner's sole risk.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, wind damage, falling trees or branches, water damage, accidental damage, collision, animal damage, and any other loss or damage that may occur.

Brian and Melanie Hahn assume no responsibility or liability for:

• Theft or attempted theft

• Vandalism or malicious damage

• Fire or smoke damage

• Wind, hail, lightning, snow, ice, flooding, or other weather-related events

• Falling trees, branches, or natural hazards

• Rodents, insects, birds, or animal damage

• Damage caused by other customers or third parties

• Mechanical failure, deterioration, corrosion, leaks, tire damage, battery failure, or ordinary wear and tear

• Any loss of use, inconvenience, or consequential damages

By storing a unit on the property and submitting this registration, the customer acknowledges that storage is provided solely as a parking/storage space and that all property remains the responsibility of the owner at all times.
